There are a lot of expert cleaners in London but why not be one yourself? It's really easy actually. It's widely known that soda is used for baking cakes and calming heatburn. But you can also use it to clean stuff around the house.

First useful thing to know about baking soda capabilities is that it's excellent in cleaning all surfaces. You just take 1/4 cup baking soda
1 quart water, and pour it in a spray bottle. This mixture can be used all around the house the refrigerator, the bathroom, the kitchen or the microwave. You always have to rinse well with water after use.

Not many of you know that cleaning with baking soda powder also removes bad odours. It' can be used on old shoes for example, to neutralize the smell or just to keep them fresh.

Also baking soda powder can be used for cleaning clogged drains.  You just have to mix 1/2 cup baking soda with 1/2 cup vinegar and pour the mixture into your drain. You'll see a lot of bubbles in the sink and after the situation calms down you have to rinse it with a lot of water. Be careful not to use this mixture after you have already used commercial cleaners. This is the easiest and nature friendly way of dealing with clogged drains.

Baking soda powder can be used for refreshing carpets and removing bad odours from them. For minor refreshment just sprinkle some baking soda before vacuuming. For removing bad odours mix 1 part soda with 1 part powdered laundry starch, wait for 15 minutes, and then vacuum.
You can use the baking soda powder to clean toxic pesticides and germs on your favourite fruits or vegetables. You just sprinkle gently soda on wet surface, clean them gently and then rinse.
